NEW Automated Contact for Disconnect Day

Starting in October 2025, we will no longer call customers who are past-due on their water bill before disconnecting. We will be sending an automated message the day before disconnects (4th Tuesday of each month) to all customers with a balance greater than $50.00. Our office no longer has the time to personally call everyone on the list, so we will be relying on technology to help us out. You can CLICK HERE to visit your Customer Portal page and review your account.
