The District allows water to be purchased in bulk for water tanker trucks, contractors, filling pools, etc.
Before water can be purchased, a Bulk Water Sales Agreement must be on file with the District. Water will be obtained from a fire hydrant designated by the District, usually at our office, and a hydrant meter will be provided by the District to measure consumption.
Water purchased will be invoiced weekly (Monday - Sunday) with a $50.00 weekly access fee and consumption will be billed at our current rates with a 1,000 gallon minimum. If a hydrant meter is required after-hours or off-site, a security deposit of $1,500.00 will be required. This deposit will be held by the District and refunded (less any repairs or replacement) upon return of the fire hydrant meter.
*The District is not responsible for any damages after water leaves the fire hydrant.
